  1. You need Lean Ground Beef
  2. You need Butter or Olive Oil
  3. You need Med Green Bell Peppers
  4. Prepare Sm Onion
  5. You need cooked White Rice
  6. Get Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  7. Get Contadina Tomato Sauce. Italian Herb with Sea Salt
  8. Take Minced Garlic
  9. Provide Salt & Pepper

  1. Brown beef. When done drain and set aside.
  2. Dice LG Bell Pepper and Onion into small pieces. About 3/8" squares.
  3. Cook the 3 cups of Rice according to package directions.
  4. While rice is cooking. Melt 3 tbsp of butter to large skillet. Add the peppers and onions and cook covered under medium heat under onions are slightly brown and peppers are tender.
  5. Add Garlic, Italian Seasoning and Paprika to Onions and Peppers. Mix well
  6. Add the Beef, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Rice and mix well.
  7. Add water, approx 1/3 or 1/4 to get desired consistency.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
