- Provide 3 bell peppers (I used yellow, green and red)
- You need 1 cheese slice
- You need 1 cube or grated processed cheese
- Use 1 packet single maggi
- Take as per taste Salt
- Take as per taste Red chilli powder
- Provide 1 Sachet Maggi masala
- You need 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
- You need 3-4 spring onion
- Get 1 small carrot
- Use 1 small bell pepper
- Get 3-4 tbsp cooking oil
- Provide 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- In a pan add 2 tbps of cooking oil. Add 1 small finely chopped carrot. Saute for 1 minute at medium flame.
- Now add chopped spring onion to it and saute for 1 minute more. Then add chopped capsicum and saute for another one minute.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, Maggi masala, tomato sauce and mix them well.
- Now add 1 cheese cube grated and mix well.
