- Provide 400 grams Fish fillet, big chop
- Provide 1 cup water
- Prepare 2 large Tomatoes, chopped
- Use 1/2 tbsp mixed spices
- Provide 2 small Carrot, matchstick style chop
- Provide 1 tsp tomato paste
- Get 1 large Onions, chopped
- Take 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- Take 1 medium-size green bell pepper, matchstick style chop
