The ingredients needed to make Kaipola/Banana Cake:
  1. You need 3 Bananas ripe ones
  2. Get 4 Eggs
  3. Get 2-3 tbsp Sugar
  4. Provide 1 tsp Cardamom powder

  1. Whisk Eggs with Sugar and Cardamom powder. Set aside.
  2. In a non stick pan, heat Ghee and fry the Cashews and the Raisins. In the same pan, fry the sliced bananas for 2-3 minutes. Heat should be low. Wait until it cools down a bit.
