- Provide For the marinade
- Take 2 scotch bonnet
- You need 4 garlic cloves
- You need 1 sml red onion
- Provide 2 tbsp soy sauce

- Take 4 skinless chicken thighs
- Provide 1/2 butternut squash
- Get 1 lrg red onion
- Provide handful cherry toms
- Prepare bunch coriander
- Provide 1 red &1 yellow pepper
- Get 1 sml head of broccoli
- Take Salt and Pepper
- Provide Handful mixed seeds
- Use 1 mellow red chilli, sliced to serve
- Get 1 more tbsp of soy sauce and Olive oil drizzled when served

- In a food processor pop all the ingrediants for the marinade and blitz. Then cover the chicken thighs and leave for a minimum of 2 hrs pref overnight.
- Chop the butternut, peppers and onions into cubes and chunks and pop in a tray. Levae the broccoli out.
- Add the chicken thighs and marinade to the tray and add some olive oil. Put into a preheated oven at 200..
- Leave for 20 mins and then add the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
