- Prepare 1 pcs whole chicken (cut into 10)
- Provide 4 clove garlic
- You need 6 pcs shallot
- Prepare 7 pcs green chili
- You need 3 pcs big green chili
- Prepare 5 pcs candlenut
- You need 5 cm ginger
- You need 2 cm turmeric
- Take 5 pcs green tomato (cubed)
- Take 10 cm galangal (crushed)
- Take 2 pcs lemongrass (crushed)
- Prepare 3 pcs kaffir lime leaves (sliced)
- Use 2 pcs turmeric leaves (sliced)
- Provide 15 pcs hot basil leaves

- Blend roughly candlenut, ginger, turmeric, garlic, shallot, green chili, big green chili.
