  1. Take 200 gm Plain Flour
  2. Get 110 gm Unsalted Butter
  3. Get 120 gm Light Brown Sugar
  4. Use 50 gm Granulated Sugar
  5. Take 100 gm Chocolate Chips(To be incorporated in the batter)
  6. Use 2 large eggs
  7. Get 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  8. You need 1 tsp baking soda
  9. Use 1/2 tsp Salt
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Corn Starch
  11. Take Decoration
  12. Provide As needed Whipping Cream
  13. Provide 5 tbsp Icing Sugar

  1. Mix all the ingredients together one, after the other, after sieving the all-purpose flour and beating the eggs separately.Please note that I did not add the flour in batches but added everything together.
  2. Butter to be maintained at Room temperature before incorporating to the mixture.
  3. Pre heat the oven at 165 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-20 minutes/ Until done. Please note that as this is a cookie Pie/ it will not be soft as cake/ neither hard as Biscuits..:)
  4. Divide the whipping cream in portions adding the food color and decorate the same to look like a Watermelon. I did not use any nozzles and went with very basic decoration techniques. Garnish with choco chips. This can be served as is, along with a scoop of ice cream
