- Use sea bass fillets
- Get kale
- Prepare coconut oil
- Get lemon juice
- You need tomatoes
- Get shredded basil

- Use cauliflower
- Prepare garlic
- Provide nutmeg
- Use coconut milk

Steps to make Pan-Fried Sea Bass:
