- Prepare potatoes, boiled and mashed
- Use cauliflower, finely chopped
- Take green peas

- Boil cauliflower, beans, peas,carrot till they are soft. Drain out the excess water.
- Heat the oil in large pan, add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins then add the onion and again saute till the onion softens.
- Add the tomatoes and simmer till the oil seprates.. add the chilli powder, salt and pav bhaji masala and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- Add the boiled vegitabels and potatoes and mash thoroughly using a potato masher, add water if required…
- For the pav : slice each pav into 2 horizontally. Heat a large tava and cook the pav on both sides till the pieces are lightly browned..
