  1. You need 1 big potato boiled and mashed
  2. Get 4 tsp chopped capsicum
  3. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. You need 1 cup boiled mix vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, beans)
  5. Prepare 2 chopped tomatoes
  6. Take 2 chopped green chilli
  7. Get 4 tsp pav bhaji masala
  8. Provide 1/3 tsp Kashmir red chilli powder
  9. Get Pinch dry mango powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Use 5 tsp butter
  12. Provide 1 big onion finely chopped
  13. You need Water
  14. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Place the butter in a flat pan and then turn on the flame on low.when the butter melts down completely add the green chilli, ginger garlic paste. Mix for 2 minutes on a medium flames.
  2. Add onion with pinch of salt. Cook until it become golden in colour. Then add the chopped capsicum, cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Then add the chopped tomatoes and some more salt. Cook this until is become mushy.now add Pav bhaji masala mix well for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled vegetables. Mix well and mashed them a bit with a masher.then add mashed potato and salt.mix very well.
  5. Add a cup of water. Mix slowly for 4-5 minutes. Now mash everything very well with a masher.add some more water and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add chopped coriander levels and turn off the flame.in another pan toast the buns with some butter and serve it hot…enjoy…
