- Prepare 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

- Provide 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Get 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

- Prepare 3 tbsp Lemon Juice

- Prepare Pinch Hing
Steps to make Tricolour Pav Bhaji:
- Firstly heat 1 tbsp Butter and once heated add onion,cashew nuts and poppy seedsand sauté it.Now add fresh cream and fresh coconut,salt,fresh cream and grind it in a Mixy once it is cooled down to a paste.
- Now heat 1 tbsp Butter and add to it ginger and garlic paste and the gravy.Cook for sometime and then add the Dahi.
- Now add Salt per taste,white pepper and Pav Bhaji masala and cook for a while.Once ready,garnish with grated Paneer or Cheese.
- For green part,take spinach,coriander,green chillies and add a little water and grind till a smooth Paste.Now heat oil and the add whole jeera,pinch of Hing,ginger and garlic pastes and then the grinded gravy.
- Now add Salt,veggies,some lemon juice,sugar and then alter per taste.
- Now it's ready and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Now finally for the red part,heat the oil and then add mustard seeds and Whole jeera,pinch of Hing,chopped onions and sauté it till onions are golden brown.Then add red chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Garam Masala Powder,Dhaniya powder and other ingredients alongside tomato.
- When the tomato is cooked properly,add the boiled and Mashed Veggies to it.Now add lemon juice,sugar and salt.Now it's ready!
- Now take a plate and make a layer of Green bhaji.Sprinkle with Fresh green peas and coriander.Followed by a layer of White Shahi bhaji and sprinkle some grated Paneer.Now put a red layer and serve it alongside roasted buns,Papadam and salad.
