  1. Provide Potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. Take nos pav
  3. You need Cauliflower grated
  4. Take capsicum finely chopped
  5. Take onions finely chopped
  6. Provide &1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. You need Tomato chopped fresh
  8. You need Tomato puree
  9. Take salt as per taste
  10. Prepare red chilli powder
  11. Prepare pav bhaji masala
  12. Prepare fresh chopped coriander leaves
  13. Use butter
  14. Use cooking oil
  15. Take lemon slices
  16. Provide lemon juice (optional)
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ¾ cup chopped onions and saute. When they turn golden add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  2. Add cauliflower and saute. Add mashed potatoes and mix. Add fresh tomato puree and ready made tomato puree and mix well. Add ¾ cup water and mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add green capsicum and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add red chilli powder and lemon juice and mix. Add butter and mix.Add chop coriander leaves and mix.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with remaining onion and a lemon slice and serve hot with pavs.
