  1. Provide 200 g plain flour
  2. Get 1/2 tsp baking powder

  5. Use 150 g caster sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  3. Melt the butter in a pan. Meanwhile, mash the bananas in a bowl. Add cinnamon, ground cardamom, caster sugar, melted butter and the egg to the bananas and mash together

  5. With a spoon, put the mixture into a muffin tin with paper baking cases inside.
  6. Place a walnut on top of each muffin.
  7. Put the muffins into the oven for 25 minutes. Then check if they're done by poking one of the muffins with a toothpick. If it is dry, the muffins are ready. If not, put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes, and you're done!
