- Cut the veg thinly then wash,i washed after because I didn’t want any tomato seed in my baji
- In a frying pan heat oil around 2tbsp
- Add chopped garlic along with sliced onion cook until onion changes colour
- Add turmeric powder and sliced green chilli,mix and cook for a min(btw i didn’t have any green chilli so added some chilli powder,chilli flakes will be fine too
- Then add the veg mix well,cover and cook for further 5min
- If the veg is done by the time add cumin powder if available or add chopped coriander,
