- You need potatoes
- Provide yellow onions
- Get ea stalk of celery
- Take sliced mushrooms
- Use cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

- Take Italian sausage (optional)

- Rinse potatoes thoroughly. (This is a very important step)

- Cover pan with foil and bake at 450° for 2 hours, stirring the mixture halfway.
- Allow to cool, and serve with a perforated spoon.
