The ingredients needed to prepare Apple Halwa:
- Take 1 apple
- Prepare 4 tea spoon ghee
- You need 3 tea spoon Water
- Take 5 tea spoon rock candy powder
- Use 1/2 tea spoon Cardomom powder
- You need 3 tea spoon almond and cashwe mix powder
Instructions to make Apple Halwa:
- Take an apple, peel it and grate finely.
- Melt 2 teaspoon of ghee in a kadai or pan.
- Add the grated apple and fry for 3 minutes.
- When they get soft and brownish, add water.
- Cook the apple till the evaporate of water.
- Now add rock candy powder either red or white inspite of sugar.
- Continue to stir and cook till the whole mixture becomes one and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
- Add cardomom powder and mix of dry fruits powder.
- Again add the remaining ghee.
