- Put everything into your crock-pot. Float the cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods, and tea bags on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, or until heated through.
- Press the tea bags against the side of the crock pot with a spoon get out that last bit of tea, and ladle into mugs.
- Throw it all in the crock-pot and mix it well.
- Cook on low for 4 hours. Ladle into mugs.
