  1. Get 500 gm baby potatoes
  2. Get as needed curry leaves
  3. Provide 2 tsp oil
  4. Take 1/2 tsp mustard

  1. Wash and clean baby potatoes. Boil the potatoes by adding reqd salt to water. Make sure potatoes are don't get too soft.
  2. Peel the potatoes and keep a side
  3. Fry 2tsp coriander,1tsp Urad dal, 1tsp Jeera and 6 Red chillies
  4. Grind them to a fine powder
  5. Heat 2tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard, jeera, hing and turmeric.
  6. Add handful curry leaves. Mix well
  7. Now, put the peeled baby potatoes
  8. Mix well and add salt as required
  9. Keep roasting the potatoes till they turn red on all sides
  10. Now, add the ground masala. Mix well.
  11. Add 1tsp aamchur and mix well.
  12. Serve it with rice or roti.
