The ingredients needed to make Baked Baby Potatoes:
  1. Get 250 gm baby potatoes
  2. Use 1 tbsp pure ghee
  3. Take 2 tsp each of mustard seeds, cumin and black pepper
  4. Prepare 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Use 2 tsp Black pepper
  6. Prepare 1 tsp hing
  7. Use Salt as per ur taste

  1. Wash the potatoes nicely and slice dem in such a way dat dey r joint at the bottom
  2. Arrange the potatoes in an aluminium container and sprinkle salt on them
  3. Pour a little pure ghee or oil on dem
  4. Place the container in the cooker and cover the cooker. Remove the covers whistle and gasket
  5. Reduce the flame for almost an hour. Check the potatoes if dey r cooked and sprinkle black pepper on dem
  6. Now heat pure ghee for tempering.
  7. Add mustard seeds, cumin, and hing in the pure ghee
  8. Pour the tempering on the potatoes equally
