The ingredients needed to make Fresh Tomato Salsa:
  1. Prepare 2 large Fresh Tomatoes
  2. Prepare 1 small clove Garlic *finely chopped
  3. Use 1/4 Red Onion
  4. Prepare 1/2-1 Red Chilli OR Jalapeño
  5. Use 2-3 tablespoons chopped Coriander Leaves
  6. Provide 1 tablespoon Lime Juice *OR Lemon Juice
  7. Get Salt & Black Pepper

  1. Remove seeds (watery parts) from Tomatoes and finely dice. Chop up Garlic, Onion and Chilli finely. *Note: Make sure you taste the fresh chilli before adding it!
