The ingredients needed to cook Caramel apples:
- You need 16 Large red and green apples
- Take 2 bags caramel squares
- Provide 4 Tbsp. Water
- You need 16 twigs
- Prepare 2 Tbsp. Black food coloring
Instructions to make Caramel apples:
- In a medium greased pot heat to med-low heat on stove top. Add in caramel squares and water and stir until caramel is melted and smooth. Add food coloring and incorporate.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.
- Stick in twigs at tops of each apple. Dip in caramel coating completely using a spoon if necessary. Twirl to coat completely. Let caramel dip off and then tip over stick side down an out 20 sec. to let caramel set. Place on parchment paper.
- Let cool and serve.
