- You need 8 oz Ricotta cheese
- Use 1 large egg
- Prepare 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce. You can use a cream based or tomato based sauce ( today I used Alfredo)
- Get 1 Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Provide 2 tsp Dried oregano
- You need 1 box of lasagna noodles
- Provide 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese

- Boil pasta according to package directions slightly undercooked / al dente
- Drain pasta and and let cool.
- Mix all of the ricotta cheese and the egg together with 1 teaspoon of the dried oregano until very well incorporated
- Depending on the length of your lasagna noodles you can cut in half. Spoon your ricotta cheese mixture into the middle of the lasagna noodle and roll place seam side down any 11 by 13 baking dish. Cover pasta with sauce and aluminum foil. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
