  3. Provide 15 oz ricotta cheese
  4. Prepare 4 oz cream cheese
  5. Provide 2 large Eggs
  6. Use 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Use 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  8. Take 1 box of 12 - 14 shells manicotti noodles
  9. You need 1 cup shredded romano or parmesan cheese (one half for topping other half for sauce)
  10. Use 4 cup marinara sauce

  1. preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, mix spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, cream cheese, half cup of romano or parmesan, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir together till well blended.
  3. Pour 1 1/2 cups of marinara sause evenly in a 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Place fill mix you stored into a frosting piping bag or similar bag. squeeze the filling into uncooked manicotti shell and let it slightly overflow on both sides. After place into saused pan. repeat till pan is filled.
  5. cover the pasta with remaining marinara sause evenly topping the other half of the romano or parmesan cheese on the marinara. Cover with foil and place in oven, or store for later.
  6. bake for 50 min, remove foil then continue to bake for another 10. then you are done.
