The ingredients needed to make Summer laddoos:
  1. Prepare 100 gm Dessicated coconut
  2. Use 1/2 cup mango puree
  3. Use 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. Provide 1/2 tsp cardomom powder
  5. Provide 1/2 cup milk
Steps to make Summer laddoos:
  1. Take a pan.. dry roast the desiccated coconut for 2-3 minutes on medium low flame
  2. Transfer the roasted coconut into some other bowl
  3. Put desi ghee in the same pan - Add mango purée..mix it well for a 1 min - add1/4 cup condensed milk..mix it well & cook for 2-3 mins
  4. Take another pan add.. add 1/4 cup condensed milk and roohafza
  5. Add the roasted half coconut to both the pans & cook till it forms lump & all the moisture is evaporated - Add cardomom powder
  6. Remove from the flame.. and once cool make round balls..
  7. Coat with coconut
