- FOR GALKA,Take a Pan add Desi ghee, asafoetida, black Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, whole Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Jaggery,1 glass of water.boil the mixture until Jaggery melts and mixture becomes thick.
- Add Kalunji Masala, black pepper powder,Salt, Fennel Powder, Cardamom Powder,Red Chilli Powder.mix well and boil.
