The ingredients needed to cook Guacamole:
- Prepare 2 avocados
- Provide Red onion, whole
- Get Cilantro
- You need Lime
- Provide Salt
- Use Olive oil
- Provide Tomatoes
Steps to make Guacamole:
- Cut red onion very fine, put bunch in small glass bowl, bunch in mid size glass bowl (note did not have red for this example….). Rest on plate
- Cut about 3 avocados, put in mid size glass bowl. Squeeze half lemon at least on avocados. Quick… Or will brown out. Add salt pinch to avocado bowl.
- Mash together onion and avocados
- Cut cilantro… Maybe like 10 bunches worth. Small pieces… Same bunch x2 then plate. Taste for flavor.
- One tomato, cut very thin, put all in small glass. Put pinch of salt. Mix.
