  1. Knead soft dough like roti with all the above mentioned ingredients. Keep it in warm place atleast for half an hour. - After taking it out from warm place knead the dough with oil properly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions then finely chopped tomatoes. Keep cooking and smashing with potato smasher till water part gets evaporated. Add finely chopped capsicums. Add salt to taste, haldi, red chilli powder, garlic chutney and pav bhaji masala to the mixture and cook it with very little water. Add boiled and smashed potatoes to the above mixture. Add little lemon juice coriander leaves and butter and little maida for binding.
  3. Take the dough of kulcha and press it with your hand and place the stuffing ball. Cover it completely with the dough and roll it into kulcha. You can make round or oval shaped kulchas.
  4. Cook the stuffed pavbhaji kulcha on tava using butter. - Serve with ketchup!
