  1. Provide 1 cup /150 gm Rava/Suji
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup Boiled potato mashed
  3. Get 2 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
  4. Prepare 1 Tomato chopped
  5. You need 4-5 tbsp Cabbage shredded

Instructions to make Pavbhaji upma:
  1. Roast rava in Kadhai until light brown without oil.
  2. Take one Kadhai. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When it splutter add onion. Saute it until transparent. Add cabbage, capsicum, tomato, green chili. Saute well. Cover with lid. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mashed potatoes, pavbhaji Masala, red chilli & salt. Add 3 cup water. (if rava 1 cup : water 3 cup). Let it boil.
  4. Add Rava. Stir continuously so that no lumps remain. Cook it until upma doesn't stick to Kadhai.. Remove it from gas.
  5. Pavbhaji upma is ready to serve.
