  1. Prepare 6-8 Pav buns
  2. Provide 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Take 2 tomatoes finely chopped

Instructions to make Masala Pav:
  1. Take a pan. Heat 2-3 tsp butter in it. Add cumin seeds in it. Let it splitter.
  2. Add ginger,garlic,chilli paste. Stir and saute it for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Add chopped onions cook it till it becomes translucent.
  3. Now add tomatoes and all the spices. Saute it for 4-5 minutes. Add 3-4 tsp water. Cook it till mixture becomes softens and thicken.
  4. Cut the buns into half.
  5. Take a tawa heat it. Melt 1-2 tsp butter on the tawa. Put 2-3 tsp onion -tomato masala over it, add coriander leaves. Place the pav slices on the masala.
  6. Toast it from both the side. Place the masala pav on serving plate. Drizzle some lemon juice.
  7. Serve it hot.
