  3. You need 2 tomatoes

  1. First, boil chickpeas. Take 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and roast onions, garlic, tomatoes, and grated dry coconut in same order. Cool it and grind it in a fine paste.
  2. Again, take 1 tablespoon of oil and fry all the masala powders on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes. Stir continuously. Then, add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
  3. Add the grinded paste to the pan and mix well. Add water accordingly. And bring it oil until the gravy gets a good consistency
