- Add water and cook for 3-4 whistles
- Mash cooked veggies with a masher
- Heat clarified butter in a wok and saute onion and ginger garlic paste
- Add tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add green onion leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Mash with a masher
- Add both spices and and cook for 2 minutes
- Add spinach and cook 3-4 minutes
- Add mashed veggies and cook until it thickens
- Mash properly
- Switch off the flame after adding lemon juice and butter
- Cut pav from middle and roast from both sides by applying butter
- Serve green bhaji with lemon and onion slices.
