  5. Add asafoetida salt turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder and Pavbhaji masala and mix well.
  6. Add lauki and mix properly and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on a low flame covering the top with a lid.
  7. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  8. Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with tomato flower & green chilli.
