- Get 1 tbsp salt
- You need 1 tbsp black pepper
- Take 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Take 6 butterflied skinless chicken breast with fat trimmed
- Get 3 cup Tomato sauce or garlic butter whichever you prefer. (I make my own)
