- Take 1/2 cup Daiya dairy free cheddar style shredded "cheese"
- Get 1/2 cup Daiya dairy free mozzarella style shredded "cheese"
- Get 1/3 cup unsweetened soy or almond milk
- Provide 2 tbsp Earth Balance non dairy buttery spread
- Provide 1 dash sea salt

- Boil the pasta on high heat until al dente.
