Steps to make Bread Crispies:
  1. Cut bread slices in round shape with the help of a bowl.
  2. Cook peas fot 2 minutes in hot water and remove water. Chp onion Tomato and coriander leaves. Grate boiled potatoes.
  3. Peel, Wash and chop onions, raw mango, ginger, mint and coriander leaves, green chilli and grind in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  4. Now in a mixing bowl add grated potatoes and all chopped vegetables and 2 tb sp of green chutney, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala and mix well.
  5. Now on two round slices Place this filling liberally. Cover it with other two round slices.
  6. Heat 1 tsp butter on a non stick griddle and put both the crispies on it and shallow fry. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Flip again and cook on low flame till crisp.
  7. Serve hot with sauce and sev.
