- Use 2 Boiled potatoes
- Prepare 1 " piece ginger

- For making filling : Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grated ginger. Saute for 30 seconds. Add peas. Again sauté for 30 seconds. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder and mango powder. Mix well. Now add mashed boil potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes while stirring.. Add chopped coriander leaves. Filling is ready Swith off the flame.
- Now take bread slice and remove its edges with the help of knife.
- Now take 1 slice and spread the filling evenly and lavishly on one side. Place the other bread over it and press it gently. Like wise prepare all the sandwiches.
- Now heat oil in a karahi and put this sandwich in karahi and fry on low flame till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Remove it in a plate and slice it from centre. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
