- Prepare For making batter :
- Prepare 1 bowl besan
- Prepare 6-8 pods garlic
- Provide 1 tsp carrom seeds
- Take To taste salt
- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- Provide 1/2 tsp coriander seeds powder

Instructions to make Mix Pakode:
- Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and make a batter by adding water slowly. Make pouring consistency batter. Add grated garlic and chopped coriander leaves.,
- Now cut bread pieces in 4 parts. Peel and chop potatoes, onion, green coriander. Heat oil in a karahi and Deep fry potato pieces.
- Now dip bread pieces in batter and leave in karahi and deep fry till golden brown colour comes. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise fry potato, green chilli, onion and mint pakoras.
- Serve hot.
