- Boil the rajma with salt till it becomes soft. Now grind them coarsely. Now add the potato & bread crumbs. (Bread should be crumbled in a mixer) Now in a mixer, grind onion, green chillies & tomato coarsely.
- Take a kadai & heat sum oil in it. Now add sum jeera, elaichi, a pinch of hing & add the capsicum pieces into it. After frying halfway, add the grinded masalas into it & let them fry for some time. Now add a tbsp of curd & a tsp of sugar & saute it till the oil leaves the pan. Your masala is now done.
- Now add it into the rajma & add sum onion pieces & sum corriender leaves & mix thm well. Now give the shape of cutlets of your choice.
- Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan & shallow fry it & serve them hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
