- Take 2 tsp italian seasoning
- Use 1 (16 oz) bag of mixed frozen vegetables
- Provide 1 zucchini (optional)

- In large pot or dutch oven add your ground beef, onion and garlic and cook until meat is no longer pink and onions are translucient.
