  1. Prepare 1 pints cherry tomatoes - washed and halved
  2. Provide 4 oz baby portabello mushrooms - wiped clean and quartered
  3. Take 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  4. Use 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  5. You need 3/4 tsp dried rosemary
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp dried oregano
