The ingredients needed to cook Stuffed Zucchini:
  1. Provide 2 zucchini
  2. Provide 1 onion, chopped
  3. Use 3 cloves garlic, minced
  4. Get 1/2 cup soy crumbles, dried
  5. Prepare (to taste) Mexican spice, salt, pepper, soy sauce
  6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp olive oil
