- Prepare 1-2 lbs. ground beef

- Take 1 can beer of your choice (optional)
Steps to make Crock Pot Chili:
- In small bowl, mix spices (flour, sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, basil, salt & pepper, brown sugar. Add / substitute spices as desired - it's your chili after all!
- In pan, brown beef. Add hot sauce and a couple shots of beer as desired. To the beef, not your mouth.
- Chop onion, mushrooms, pepper/s, and any other veggies of choice. Dice garlic. Save for later.
- Drain beans and corn, and hurl them in crock pot. Chuck in sauce and diced tomatoes, too.
- When beef is browned, resist urge to pour it directly down your throat. Drain and fling into crock pot.
- Add oil to pan and sautee veggies for a few minutes. Toss them all into crock pot.
- Lob seasoning mix into crock pot. Feel free to deeply inhale spice aromas first.
- Splash beer into crock pot.
- Cook on medium to high for 4-8 hours.
- Profit.
