- Prepare 1 3/4 lb Cross Rib Roast
- You need 2 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Get 1 Chopped onion
- You need 4 clove Chopped garlic
- Take 2 tsp Club House Garlic plus, more or less as you prefer

- Take 2/3 cup Water
