- Prepare 1 Avocado
- Use 1 dash Apple Cider Vinegar
- Take 1 dash Boiling Hot Water
- Provide 1 dash Virgin Olive Oil

- Boil Water
- Add the following to the blender: 1 avocado, some warm water and apple cider vinegar, virgin olive oil and salt & pepper. Purée until smooth and soft.
