- Prepare 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- Use 1 can Cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
- Take 1/2 Soup can of milk

- Take 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- Provide 8 Jalapeno cream cheese (or regular for less spicy)
- Provide 8 oz Diced ham (I dice really small)
- Provide 1 can Mushrooms (8 oz)
- Get 1 tsp Garlic powder
- You need 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- Prepare Black pepper
- You need 2 cup Cheese blend (I use monterey jack, cheddar, asadero, and quesadilla cheese blend)
Instructions to make Amazing Hashbrowns:
- Put cream cheese, both cans of soup, ham, milk, water, mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese into a stove pot. Stir. Heat on medium until cream cheese is melted.
- Once cream cheese is melted, turn off the heat and stir in frozen hashbrowns.
- Transfer mixture into a 9 x 13 glass dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in oven at 350°F for 50 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven and remove the foil.
- Stir the casserole then cover the top with the cheese blend. Cover it completely.
- Return the dish to the oven (no foil) and bake for 20 mins (cheese should be melted)
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
